Why Real Estate Junkies?

Hi there! I am Paula, a self-confessed real estate junkie. Well... it took some nudging from my husband to understand that not everyone spends most of their free time scrolling through listing after listing, dreaming about how to finance another purchase. Even going to view properties when we were not able to buy something new was somehow too much and he laughingly labelled me a "property voyeur"

Needless to say, I am totally obsessed with property and everything about it is fascinating - buying it, fixing it, improving an old property and seeing its' glamour days return. I love looking at real estate, imagining myself fixing the place or living in it and gradually giving it a new lease of life. I love the online listings, the video walkthroughs, googling the street view and the area to fully understand the potential the property has, the market in the area, the rental dynamics and in short, the opportunity that could accompany my dreams.

The reality is however, no one has unlimited funds and unlimited capacity, and therefore my property obsession needs a new home and a new outlet, and so this is it! I am hoping to attract like-minded people, who want to contribute their thoughts on my fantasy projects, and dream along with me.
